Information we collect
- Your email address and purchase status so we can provide and protect course access.
- Your saved answers, progress, and completion events so your work follows you across devices and the course can improve.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Payments
Stripe processes your payment. Britt Bowman LLC does not store your full card or bank-account details in the course. Stripe’s own privacy and security terms apply to the payment information you provide through its checkout.
How the information is used
We use this information to confirm enrollment, authenticate your access, save and restore your work, provide support, prevent misuse, respond to disputes, and understand where learners need clearer instructions.
Service providers
The course uses Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and saved course data, and Vercel for site and application hosting. These providers process information only as needed to supply their services and according to their own terms.
Your course entries
Do not enter confidential employer, client, customer, financial, health, or other sensitive personal information. Use anonymized examples when the underlying details are not yours to disclose.
Retention and requests
Purchase and access records are retained as needed for delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. To ask about your information or request deletion of eligible course data, email britt@brittbowman.ai. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
