Purchase and access terms

These terms explain what you’re buying, how access works, and the final-sale policy for this digital product.

Effective October 11, 2026

The short version: You receive the complete digital product immediately after payment. Sales are final once access is delivered. We will correct a duplicate charge or an unresolved access failure, and we will honor any refund right required by applicable law.

What you’re purchasing

Make Your Own Market: Founding Edition is a self-paced digital learning experience for experienced operators who want to turn their expertise into evidence-backed paid options and a practical path to market. Your purchase includes the course experience, its exercises, and the downloadable outputs described on the offer page at the time you buy.

Immediate digital delivery

After Stripe confirms payment, access is connected to the email address used at checkout. You’ll use that same email address to receive a secure sign-in link. Because the complete course is available immediately, delivery begins as soon as access is issued.

Refunds

All sales are final once digital access is delivered. Refunds are limited to:

Changing your mind, deciding not to complete the course, or deciding that another paid-work path is a better fit does not create a refund right.

Your access

Your purchase is for your individual use. Do not share your sign-in link, account access, course files, or downloadable materials with another person. You may use your completed outputs in your own business or career. You may not resell, publish, distribute, or use the course materials to create a competing product.

What this product does not promise

The course gives you a structured process, examples, and decision tools. It does not guarantee clients, employment, revenue, or a specific business result. Your results depend on your experience, decisions, market, follow-through, and the evidence you gather.

Protect confidential information

Do not enter confidential employer, client, customer, or personal information into the course. Anonymize examples whenever the underlying details are not yours to disclose.

For a duplicate charge, access problem, or purchase question, email britt@brittbowman.ai. Individual coaching, offer review, introductions, and direct-message support are not included in the Founding Edition unless purchased separately.

Make Your Own Market is offered by Britt Bowman LLC. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Britt Bowman LLC in Maryland, without limiting any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
